- Assess sub-contractors' competence and resource
- Vet sub-contractors' health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, safe systems of work and risk assessments and their site personnel for experience and relevant qualifications
- Undertake regular site safety visits and inspections

- Assist in preparing the health and safety file
- Write your corporate health and safety policy and procedures
- Write your method statements/safe systems of work
