- An initial discussion with an Environmental Consultant and an annual site visit to the company premises. This will include an in-depth review of existing environmental documentation, policy, organisational responsibilities, specific arrangements and procedures, aspects assessments, legal register and any safe systems of work etc.
- A briefing to management on the annual review and a comprehensive written report. This will identify all key issues and a schedule prioritising their rectification in terms of risk and timescales, therefore demonstrating their continuous improvement
